How often should the sticks be changed?
For best performance, we advise you to turn your sticks over every week and change them for each fragrance refill.
What's the difference between willow and black sticks?
Maison Berger offer 2 materials for scented bouquet sticks, designed for intense and delicate fragrance. Choose the intense fragrance of black polymer stems or the natural aesthetic and delicate fragrance of willow wood stems.
How can I reduce the fragrance intensity of my bouquet?
You can play with the number of sticks to modulate the intensity of the fragrance you choose.
By reducing the number of sticks in your bouquet, you'll obtain a lighter fragrance.
Can I close my bouquet if I don't want to use it any more?
You can only reseal your bouquet if it has been bought pre-filled and you have kept the lid that was inside the ring. However, if you think you will want to change scents early or use the bouquet for only a short period of time, ensure you keep the empty fragrance bottle after filling the diffuser. Simply remove the reeds from the bottle and let dry on some paper towels and decant the remaining scent back into its bottle, cap and save for the next time you wish to use your reed diffuser.
How do you boost fragrance?
We recommend that you replace your sticks regularly to ensure optimum fragrance diffusion. You can also turn them over from time to time to boost diffusion.
The level of my perfume decreases very quickly in the first few days, is this normal?
The level of fragrance in the bouquet drops rapidly during the first few days, as the sticks need to be completely impregnated before they can diffuse optimally. Then the fragrance level stabilises and is absorbed more slowly.
How long will my bouquet be broadcast?
Our scented bouquets diffuse for an average of 4 - 6 weeks, although this can vary depending on the size, temperature and ventilation of the room in which the bouquet is displayed and the number of reeds being used for dispersion.
