Shipping Information

Since Aromas Naturally is located in St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada, we will deliver to most addresses within the Niagara Region. The rates for deliveries have been updated for 2026 as follows.

Local orders for St. Catharines and Thorold of $25.00 or more before taxes will be delivered at NO CHARGE.

Local orders for St. Catharines and Thorold less than $25.00 and but more than $5.00 before tax will be charged a rate of $5.00 + HST for delivery.

Orders under $5.00 cannot be delivered and will be shipped via Canada Post.

For all destinations outside of St. Catharines and Thorold in the Niagara Region including Niagara Falls, Niagara-on-the-Lake, Fort Erie, Port Colborne, Wainfleet, Welland, Beamsville, Lincoln, Grimsby and points in between we require a minimum order of $25 before tax and the delivery cost will be $5.00 + HST.

Orders less than $25.00 before tax will be shipped via Canada Post.

At this time, local deliveries will generally be delivered on Tuesdays and Fridays. This means that orders received between Friday morning and Monday evening will be sent out for delivery on Tuesday at the first available time and orders received between Tuesday morning and Thursday evening will be sent out for delivery on Friday at the first available time.

Customers may also choose to pick their order up at Aromas Naturally located at 274 Fourth Avenue Unit 1A in St.Catharines, Ontario. Paid orders of in store merchandise will be available for same day pickup Tuesday to Saturday from 10:00 am until 5:00 pm. Paid orders of ONLINE ONLY merchandise will be available for pickup next business day Tuesday to Saturday from 10:00 am until 5:00 pm.

Areas outside of the Niagara Region will ship via Canada Post at standard postal rates.

While Aromas Naturally typically fulfills and ships orders within 1 day of receipt, we make no guarantees and will accept no liability (financial or otherwise) for a longer shipping time frame.

Some packages may require a signature confirmation upon receipt; therefore timely delivery requires that the customer make themselves available at the destination point. Aromas Naturally is not responsible for any courier delays in shipments or those lost in transit.

Shipping rates are based on purchase price before taxes and shipping rates are applied. These rates are subject to change without notice. If these changes occur within 12 hours of your order and before your items have shipped, you will be given the option to cancel your order entirely, or proceed with new posted charges.

All pricing, taxes, shipping rates, etc are listed and executed in Canadian dollars.

Aromas Naturally will ship across Canada with the exceptions of Northwest Territories, Yukon Territories, Nunavut and Labrador. Please contact us for rates to these geographic locations.

Due to recent changes in Export Tariffs ORDERS & SHIPPING FOR THE UNITED STATES HAS BEEN TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED.

Aromas Naturally will generally not ship outside of North America at this time however many small items, such as jewellery, can be sent internationally via regular mail.
