CUSTOMER LOYALTY AND GIFT CERTIFICATES
Question - I have Customer Appreciation stamp cards that are full or nearly full. Will I be able to still use them in the store for purchases before June 30th?
Customers with fully stamped cards may still use full cards towards purchases in the store until June 30th. Aromas Naturally will stop stamping Customer Appreciation cards effective March 30th, 2026.
If a customer has any partially stamped cards after March 30th, 2026 the value of the stamps may be transferred to an AromasNaturally.com customer account for use on the website. This transfer process will be available until June 30th, 2026 when the physical store will be closed.
Here are the steps to transfer your points.
- Go to www.aromasnaturally.com (or www.aromasnaturally.ca) and create a customer account by clicking on the navigation bar link for Loyalty Program.
- You will be presented with 2 options – Join Now or Sign In. If this is your first time on the website select Join Now and follow the brief instructions to create an account. You will receive 100 points for joining and another 100 for subscribing to our newsletter to say thank you.
- If you have ordered from the website in the past you may already have a customer account. Select Sign In and use your email address to sign in. You will be emailed a security code to verify your account.
- Once you have an active Loyalty Account you will need to bring your stamp cards, including your name and email address, to the store so that we may add your current stamp card balance to your account. We will be able to complete this migration only until June 30th.

Question - I have an unused or partially used Gift Certificate. How can I use my Gift Certificate for purchases on the website?
Great question! What we will do for any active Gift Certificates is convert them to Digital Format for use on the website.
- In order to convert your Gift Certificate we will need the Certificate holder to create a Customer Account on AromasNaturally.com.
- Go to www.aromasnaturally.com (or www.aromasnaturally.ca) and create a customer account by clicking on the navigation bar link for Loyalty Program.
- You will be presented with 2 options – Join Now or Sign In. If this is your first time on the website select Join Now and follow the brief instructions to create an account. You will receive 100 points for joining and another 100 for subscribing to our newsletter to say thank you.
- If you have ordered from the website in the past you may already have a customer account. Select Sign In and use your email address to sign in. You will be emailed a security code to verify your account. Enter the code to complete the sign in and check your points balance.
- Once you have an active Loyalty Account on the website we can issue a Digital Gift Certificate. There are two ways to do this.
- Bring your original Gift Certificate to the store during regular business hours before June 30th, with your name, email address and phone number, and we will validate the serial number and amount to convert to a Digital Gift Certificate that will be emailed to you as soon as possible.
- OR you may take a photo of BOTH the FRONT and BACK of the certificate and email the photos, with your full name, email address and phone number so that we can issue a Digital Gift Certificate via email.

LOCAL DELIVERY HELP
Question - How does Aromas Naturally's local delivery work for St. Catharines and Thorold?
Orders over $25.00 before taxes will be delivered FREE of charge for the cities of St Catharines and Thorold. Orders less than $25.00 and more than $5.00 will have a nominal $5.00 delivery charge. Most orders, if received before 2:00 pm can be delivered the same day. If your order is received after 2:00 pm it will be delivered next business day. Generally, orders will be delivered only Monday to Friday.
Question - How does Aromas Naturally's local delivery work for the rest of the Niagara Region?
If you are ordering from outside of St. Catharines or Thorold but are in the Niagara Region, Aromas Naturally will deliver to your door for $5.00, usually within one day of receiving your order. There is a minimum $25.00 before tax minimum order to qualify for the local delivery option. If your order is over $75.00 before taxes the order will qualify for FREE delivery under the same conditions. Orders less than $25.00 before taxes for the Niagara Region will be shipped via Canada Post with shipping calculated at checkout and added to the total cost of the order.
