How do I use it?
Step 1: Pour ½ tsp of organic Castor Oil onto your fingers, and gently apply around your eyes, lashes and brows.
Step 2: Place your Eye Compress over your eyes and adjust comfortably around your head before going to sleep.

Will it fit me?
The Castor Oil Eye Compress comfortably fits most adult head sizes. You can change how snuggly it fits by adjusting the soft, nylon strap.

Can/how do I wash my pack?
Before 1st use, you may want to wash your new Castor Oil Pack as recent research from the National Institute of Health shows that even organic materials may contain traces of chemicals via transportation, packaging and warehousing. Luckily, washing is shown to significantly reduce or even eliminate these chemicals completely.
It's like when you buy produce, you always wash it first, even if it’s organic! A new pack can be hand washed or machine washed with natural detergent and laid flat to dry.
However, once you have started adding oil to your pack, it may be best NOT to wash it. Washing a used pack may lead to oil getting all over the outer "less mess" layer of the pack, making it messier and decreasing its natural life cycle.
Tips to extend the life of your pack:
- Only use 1 tbsp of fresh Castor Oil with each use
- Keep Castor Oil in the centre of your pack (away from the seams)
- Avoid washing your oily pack
How often do I have to replace it?
For hygiene, it’s best to replace your Castor Oil Eye Compress every couple of months (especially if you are using it with Castor Oil and it becomes saturated).
What makes this different from other eye masks?
Many eye masks are made with plastic, cotton blended with synthetic materials (ie. “cotton velour”) or “organic” bamboo which is highly processed with chemicals. Organic cotton, linen, or wool are ideal natural fabrics to use on your skin, especially when you’re using Castor Oil (sold separately).
The Queen of the Thrones® Castor Oil Eye Compress is made with soft organic cotton that gently hugs your eye area, blocking out light at night so you can get a deep restful sleep. It’s purposely light-coloured so that in the morning, natural sunlight can shine in to help wake you up.
Is the Castor Oil Pack messy?
Although it’s not messless, it is LESS messy than a traditional Castor Oil Pack. Always wear an old T-shirt, just in case.
