An amazing blend for deep tissue work as well as skin inflammation (including psoriasis and eczema) that includes the finest Corsican helichrysum, blue chamomile, blue tansy, Roman chamomile, carrot seed, and French lavender. Useful for a variety of ailments from stress to skin problems.
Properties: antioxidant, skin healer, antimicrobial, anti inflammatory, anti-anxiety, insomnia, antibacterial, antifungal, analgesic.
Ways to use:

Massage: 5-10% dilution 20-30 drops/ 30ml of carrier oil such as fractionated coconut, sunflower, etc.

Baths: add 5-12 drops into 1 tsp of honey, milk or carrier oil then add to bath salts or directly to bath water.

Lotion: add 15 drops per 30 mLs of unscented base/lotion.
NOTE: This blend uses fractionated coconut oil as a carrier so its not recommended for a use in a diffuser.
